The Mint Restaurant & Alehouse emphasizes quality, local food ingredients — and that means updating our menu each season.
Also, Chef Ryan Hatcher simply has too many delicious concepts up his sleeve to let our menu stagnate.

Our local and regional business partners.
The Winter 2015 edition of our menu highlights impeccably-executed comfort foods with seasonal ingredients that will warm your belly this winter and sate your appetite year-round.
We invite you to explore our entire menu and guarantee you’ll find first-class food you love here in Enumclaw. Like we’re fond of saying, you’ll “come for the beer, and back for the food.”
